Purifying / Regenerating

The use of clay was one of the earliest forms of natural medicine known to man, having been used for its therapeutic virtues over time. Its high percentage of trace elements, highlighting the silica and aluminum, explains its healing and anti-inflammatory properties when applied locally.
The main uses of superfine clay for therapeutic purposes are: masks, baths and compresses.

Chemical composition: SiO2 – 25,8%, Al2O2 – 8,8%, FeO3 – 2,99%, TiO2 – 0,26%, CaO – 26,9%, MgO – 4,5%, Na2O – 0,37%, K2O – 1,7%

Face masks of clay, single or combined with other natural assets (such as honey, chamomile tea, marigold, among others), revitalize and purify the skin.
Apply directly on the skin and remove after complete drying. Green clay compresses have cicatrizing, re-mineralizing, absorbent, purifying and regenerating properties.
Relieves muscle and joint pain. By its absorbant, plastic and thermal properties, are useful in the fight against cellulite. Can be applied hot or cold directly on the skin for approximately one hour. Except in cases of skin irritation on which a gauze should be interleaved between the clay and the skin.
Clay baths improve disturbances due to poor peripheral circulation and allow relaxation in cases of insomnia or during periods of muscle fatigue. Dissolve two tablespoons of clay in a glass of water and add to bath water.

Directions: Put the required amount of clay in a container with mineral water or plant infusion and prepare it with a wooden spatula. Apply the mask hot or cold depending on the treatment required.
